Marzipan Cakes
Though we make only one kind of cake, we are proud to offer the best marzipan cakes in the city of Seattle! Also known as a "princess cake" our cakes have three layers of sponge cake with layers of homemade raspberry jam, whipped cream and custard in between. The cake is sprinkled with rum and covered in a thin layer of marzipan.

We require 48 hours notice for special order cakes. Inscriptions are included free of charge. We cannot guarantee any cake order after that window and a rush fee will be charged on cakes ordered less than 48 hours in advance. (Please note we are closed Sunday/Monday, so cakes for Tuesday must be ordered on Saturday.)
